1.

What is the difference between pure lotus and white lotus paste?
The are a few factors that differentiate these two products. In terms of colour of the paste, white lotus has lighter shades compared to pure lotus paste due to its cooking method. White lotus paste is made of whole pure lotus seeds whilst pure lotus paste is made of halved lotus seeds, which also explains the difference in pricing.
